A little bit on my background...

I have an undergraduate degree in English from
St. Joseph’s University, and a Master’s Certificate in Training
and Organizational Development—also from St. Joseph’s University
in Philadelphia. 

I’m the previous Director of the American Red Cross Leadership
Development Center (LDC) and take great pride in still serving this
organization through volunteer efforts. LDC is now known as
Spark the Wave, which is a non-profit organization that empowers
youth through educational and leadership training programs to be
great volunteers and community leaders. 

I’m a Certified Personal and Business Results Coach through
the Comprehensive Coaching University, located in North Wales, PA,
and was recently named the International Coach of the Year for 2008.  I also serve as the President of the Chalfont Chapter of BNI (Business Network International), a local business networking group.
